Visits

Thursday, May 22, was my week 32 check up with the baby doctor. It went well (for the five minutes we spent with him). He had an emergency and reminded me never to go 17 years without seeing an OBGYN. My blood pressure was perfect 115/68, the same as last time and most times. My weight went up and won't quit. He didn't even mention it-thank goodness. Aiden's heart rate was back in the 140's and he's moving like a maniac!! My acid reflux really stinks, but hopefully won't last.
Another visit came in the form of grandparents. Erik's grandfather Bill and grandmother Ellena stopped by after a wedding. We enjoyed spending time with them and the children really enjoyed it. They loved going to eat at Spicy Thai and seeing the new Indiana Jones movie. I love the chair that we found on SALE. It is helping with the acid reflux. I never thought sleeping somewhat upright would be as comfortable as it is right now.
All kinds of school work is calling me!!!!! Have a wonderful week!!!

Garden

We have finished our farm, oops, I mean garden. It was really beginning to get difficult to bend over. Dear Son(DS) and Dear Daughter(DD) tried to help out as much as their whinning would allow. We did explain to them about our expectations. If they want anything out of it, they have to help on a regular basis. Isn't this interesting that we're doing this right before we have a little one (LO).

Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all of the great women in our lives.
This year was a little different than last year's, as Erik and I are preparing for Aiden's arrival. Just Saturday, I got nervous about him coming early because Erik is such a great driver! He was driving a little fast and paying attention, but I still felt crazy and had 3 BH contractions in 18 minutes. They subsided, but the impression lasted. It becomes more of reality with each passing day!

Wider than the sky...

Thoughts about our daily lives.
